Plus the fact that it helps a person remain fit and healthy even if there are unhealthy food preferences, lifestyle habits and health needs.

We all need that these days with the swine flu virus that is still at large. Two, it also aids the body in the healing process. It provides the body the fuel for re-growth and healing that is happening inside the body.

5) Pregnant women especially vitamins that contain ingredients that they need such as folic acid, vitamin D, iron, phosphorus and calcium.
